Tasting

For an additional $35; if you like to taste our ice cream flavors, we have a select list of flavors in pint size or 48 oz size containers. You can select up to 3 ice cream flavors to try before locking in your event flavors!
 
*Free delivery of tasting samples within 20 minutes of downtown Grand Rapids. Pick up is also available in downtown Grand Rapids if you are located further away.

Booking & ordering

A 2 week notice prior to your event is encouraged but we may coordinate your request with less time.

Ensuring your date/deposit

We ask that you sign a contract with a required $200 deposit to secure the date for your event.

Total payment

Full payment is due 1 week prior to the event.

Guest count

Please note that it is your responsibility to provide us with an accurate guest count. We require a 2 week notice of the guest count for your event.

Servings more than our package rates will be appropriately billed.
